Say hi to our newest addition, Chef Patrick. Going forward, he will be leading his team putting his take on all of our meals in The Grill Room, The Beer Garden and for all of our Events & Parties. We look forward to his new perspective.
Of course, this includes Thanksgiving.
Chef Patrick’s approach includes providing choices to customize the Take-home Feast to better fit your tastes—starting with a choice of the main entrée, Roasted Turkey or Glazed Ham with all of the Fixins.
Everything from scratch, including his House-made pies for dessert.
